How to read this page
Long only. Mr. Harlan is prohibited from holding any short position, put option, written call, or any other instrument that profits from a decline in the price of a security we cover (Personal Trading Policy §3.6). Every position here is, and can only be, long.
Earliest permitted exit. Any position in a covered security must be held for at least thirty (30) calendar days (§3.3), and may not be sold, reduced, or closed within thirty (30) calendar days after any publication mentioning that security — regardless of when the position was established (§3.4). The date shown is the later of those two, and it is recomputed every time we publish on that security again.
He buys after you read it. He may not establish or increase a position in a covered security until at least three (3) trading days after it is published to subscribers (§3.2). Subscribers get the research, and the first opportunity to act on it, before he does.
Exits are disclosed before they happen. Any sale is disclosed before or at the same time as the sale, never afterward (§3.5). A position marked exit pending above has been disclosed ahead of an intended sale.
This page shows covered securities only. Mr. Harlan may hold securities Ticker Mavericks has never covered. Those create no conflict with our research, are not restricted by the policy, and are not published here.
